The answer is simple: Leverage.
Naval Ravikant famously said there are 3 modern levers:
Capital
Code
Media
Capital is awesome if you can raise it.
Code is magic if you can write it.
Media is my weapon.
This newsletter. This podcast. They work while I workout. While I run my other business. While I coach my kid’s team. While I live life.
Because brute force doesn’t scale - trust me, I’ve tried. You need a lever that is strong enough to carry real weight — a family, a business, a life.
Otherwise, you’re only giving yourself a terrible job with the world’s worst boss (you).
Fitness is leverage too.
Every workout = compounding strength.
VO2 max = long-term ROI.
Some people have natural levers. The rest of us build them — with reps.
Pick a lever. Use it daily. Let it carry what matters to you.
